Graduation Requirements

Starting in 2005-06, students must demonstrate profficient math, reading, and writing skills in order to graduate.

There are several ways to satisfy the reading and writing requirements. You must complete one of the following:

  • An Honors or Advanced Placement English course during your Senior year at Pennridge.
  • The Reading/Writing Portfolio during your Senior year.

Classroom Motto:

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

--Calvin Coolidge
